Digital People Moves Report: Winter Q1 24
It will be encouraging to read of these executive & leadership appointments that have taken place in the last few months across the various sectors.
After a slowdown in leadership hires across consumer tech in 2023 and in particular the SME/early stage VC backed and PE backed investments, we are seeing some promising green shoots.
At Princedale, we had another fantastic year (the last two years being our best yet in terms of number of searches, placements, leadership team builds and new clients)!
Aside from the big tech companies that made significant redundancies through 2023, established consumer global brands (retail, cpg, travel, marketplace, fashion, luxury etc) have continued to hire over the last 6 months and I expect another busy year for us.
